1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the DayfLove platform and participation in DayfLove experiences.
By accessing the website or requesting an invitation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

DayfLove is an invitation-based cultural experience platform, not a ticketing or tour operator.

2. Nature of the Experience

DayfLove offers access to authentic Moroccan wedding celebrations, attended with the explicit authorization of the couple.

Experiences are real, non-staged, and take place within private family celebrations.
Participation is subject to availability, cultural sensitivity, and respect for local customs.

3. Invitations & Eligibility

• Invitations are personal and non-transferable

• Participation is subject to confirmation by DayfLove

• DayfLove reserves the right to limit the number of guests per celebration

• Guests must be respectful, appropriately dressed, and follow guidance provided by the local host

Failure to comply may result in removal from the experience without refund.

4. Guest Conduct & Cultural Respect

By participating, guests agree to:

• Respect the couple, families, and traditions

• Follow instructions provided by the local host

• Act with discretion, humility, and cultural awareness

• Avoid disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior

DayfLove reserves the right to intervene if conduct compromises the integrity of the celebration.

5. Photography & Media

Photography is generally permitted, in line with local customs.
If a couple requests discretion, this will be communicated in advance and must be respected.

Guests agree not to publish or distribute content that may harm the privacy or dignity of the couple or their families.

6. Contribution & Payment

Participation requires a financial contribution, which supports:

• A wedding gift for the couple

• Local host and event organization services

• A small platform fee for DayfLove’s operation

DayfLove does not sell tickets and does not guarantee commercial services.

7. Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellation

• Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the ceremony

• After this period, cancellations are non-refundable due to confirmed arrangements

Date Modification

• Date changes may be requested up to 3 days before the ceremony, subject to availability

• Changes after this timeframe may not be possible

8. Availability & Changes

Wedding dates, locations, and schedules may change due to circumstances beyond DayfLove’s control.
DayfLove reserves the right to modify or cancel an experience if necessary, with reasonable notice.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Participation in a private cultural celebration involves inherent risks.
DayfLove acts as a facilitator and cannot be held responsible for:

• Changes made by hosts or families

• Personal belongings

• Individual behavior or third-party actions

Guests participate at their own responsibility.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information collected through the platform is used solely to manage invitations and communication.
DayfLove does not sell or misuse personal data.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the DayfLove website is protected by intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the use of the DayfLove platform, or participation in a DayfLove experience shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
